Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Exchanges are available for size changes or defective products, subject to stock availability.

  • Customers must provide their order number when requesting an exchange.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted only if:

  • You receive a damaged or defective item.

  • You receive an incorrect product.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products purchased during clearance or sale promotions.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.

  • Products without original tags or packaging.

Exchange & Return Process

  3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.

  4. Once approved, the replacement item will be dispatched or the return will be processed accordingly.

Shipping Charges

  • For size exchanges, customers may be responsible for shipping charges.

  • If the item received is defective or incorrect, ZAUQ Apparel will cover the exchange shipping costs.
